Hi, I am Simon and I am so glad you are here.
I truly appreciate you taking the step to raise interest. I know from my own self-development journey just how challenging it can be to book that first session. It can feel like such a big hurdle.
I, too, struggled with procrastination and hesitation, waiting until I finally reached the point where I was tired of my own excuses. Taking that first step can be difficult, but it’s also such an empowering moment.
I believe in natural chemistry, and the session will have a relaxed, friendly and informal feel.

My priority is providing a space where clients feel safe and cared for without judgment. I still have vivid memories of my first life coaching session and the empathy, curiosity, and genuine interest that my coach demonstrated, and I strive to replicate this for my clients. About Simon
After spending the mid-noughties working at the BBC, I left TV production to become an agent and producer for fashion photographers.
Later I joined Select Model Management, where I managed top model Irina Shayk, actress Hannah Ware, Sam Rollinson, Jessica Hart and many other talents.
Thoroughly enjoying the nurturing and coaching aspect of being an agent, I decided to retrain to become a full-time Life Coach, serving the Media, Fashion and Tech industries.
When experiencing a challenging time after the lockdown I travelled to Mexico where I met renowned Breathwork teacher Steffy Téllez Schnaas who introduced me to the practice.
Impressed by the results I later completed a Breathwork course with Lucas Rockwood at Yogabody* in Barcelona to become a certified teacher. A lot of my current clients come from the relationships built in TV and Fashion.
I am passionate about meditation, art, cycling, interior design and travelling to tropical places. I am very social, curious about life and love meeting new people.
