After spending time in Asia and experiencing several life-changing retreats, I was struck by a powerful realization: true transformation requires more than just conversation. It’s about nourishing the body and mind together, aligning them in a way that fosters deep, lasting change.
This experience sparked an idea that would forever change how I approach coaching—one that integrates the whole person in their journey toward growth.
This insight led me to create a coaching program that offers a deeper, more comprehensive approach to personal growth.

Through practices like mindfulness, movement, and Breathwork, my clients are not only able to tap into mental clarity but also to address physical tension, emotional blocks, and other aspects that might be holding them back.

The 12-Week Program costs £200 per week, it includes:
- Weekly One-to-One Coaching Session (1 hour – online or in-person)
- Reflection exercises and optional Journal Prompts (sent weekly via pdf)
- Accountability check-ins
- Weekly 20 minutes Breathwork & Mindfulness Session (In-person or online)
