The 12 Week Journey

One of the most asked questions is: How many sessions will I need? The honest answer is:  there is no such thing as an express miracle transformation. The human mind has been socially programmed over a lifetime and the brain doesn’t like changes, as it signals possible danger or threat. However, it is scientifically proven it can create new pathways through new experiences or learning.

Having worked with many clients I believe that 12 weeks is a realistic timeframe to experience tangible changes and to start seeing results. This program goes beyond the general goal-focused coaching most coaches offer, where clients are temporarily helped but underlying causes are not addressed. Hence many slip back into their old structure, habits and ways of thinking not long after their coaching is finished.

The MindBody approach goes much deeper:  By including practices like visualization, mindfulness, Breathwork and manifestation,  I take you on a self-reflective journey to explore what is holding you back, while supplying you with support and tools to reduce any stress and  anxiety. Together we will explore personal constructs, detect the source of  your limiting beliefs, and we indentify the practical and also realistic steps towards your desired outcome.

The 12 week program cost £160 per week, it includes:

Weekly One-to-One coaching session (1 hour)

Reflection exercises and optional journal prompts (sent weekly via pdf)

Accountability check-ins 

Weekly Breathwork & Mindfulness session  (Online or per pre-recorded video)
