I arrived in London in the 90s with a dream job at the BBC — and a paralysing self-doubt I was doing everything to hide. A friend gave me the number of a life coach. One session changed the direction of my life.
I spent over 25 years in media and fashion, including as an agent at Select Management. What I valued most was the human side of the work — supporting people through career transitions and difficult times, and helping them find their way forward. Eventually, I realised this was the work I wanted to do more of.
I retrained as a Life Coach, bringing together my professional experience with the transformation coaching had given me.
Today, I work with people at moments of change — when a career, relationship, or way of living no longer feels right, and they’re ready to understand what’s happening and find a way forward.
