Sometimes you need to experience a shift, not just think about one.
Breathwork offers a different way of working with yourself — through breath, body and awareness rather than conversation alone. Sessions are guided, intentional and grounded, with space to explore what feels right for you. Available as one-to-one sessions and occasional small group experiences.
A different way of paying attention.
Breathwork is a guided practice using conscious breathing, awareness, sound and stillness. By changing the way we breathe, we can change how we experience ourselves in the moment — creating space to slow down, notice what is happening and connect with the body in a different way.
For some people, breathwork is a way to step out of constant thinking. For others, it can support relaxation, emotional awareness or a deeper sense of connection with themselves.
There is no particular experience you are supposed to have. The practice is personal, and the work is always guided at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
A practice you experience, rather than analyse.
A Grounded Beginning
We start by arriving and settling in. We take time to establish what you need from the session and create a comfortable, grounded starting point.
Guided Breath
I guide you through a specific breathing practice, with the pace and intensity adapted to the session and to your experience.
Awareness & Stillness
There may be periods of sound, silence, movement or stillness. The intention is not to force an experience, but to give you space to notice what arises.
Integration
We finish slowly, giving you time to return to your surroundings and reflect on the experience. You can talk about what came up, or simply take some quiet time before continuing with your day.
Two ways to work with breath.

One-to-One Breathwork
A private session shaped around where you are and what you are looking for. We begin with a conversation before moving into the practice, giving you space to work at your own pace. 60–90 minutes. Available online or in person in London.

Breathwork & Coaching Integration
For coaching clients who are curious about working with the body as well as the mind, breathwork and somatic practices can be incorporated into our sessions where they feel relevant and useful. This might mean taking a few minutes to ground and reset, using breath to create space around something you are exploring, or working more deeply with what you are experiencing in the moment. It is entirely optional. Some clients find these practices valuable; others prefer to keep their coaching focused on conversation, reflection and action.

Breathwork is personal, and it is not for everyone. If you are curious but unsure whether it is right for you, we can talk about what you are looking for and whether a session would be a good fit.
