About Simon Frese

Having experienced a difficult upbringing, I moved to London in the 90’s to start a new life. I had just landed my dream job at the BBC, but got drawn into a self-destructive work-hard-play-hard lifestyle. I was self-medicating in order to cope and mask my paralyzing self-doubt. In my early 30’s I finally hit my rock bottom. I knew I had to stop and face the issues I was running away from.

A close friend of mine gave me the number of a life coach. That first session was so powerful it initiated a total transformation of my life, ending in a place I had not even imagined was possible. Coaching helped me improve my confidence, repair my broken family ties, and commit to a long-term relationship.

Coaching also facilitated my transition into a more suitable career. After leaving television, I became an agent for photographers and later an agent for Select Management, one of the world’s biggest talent agencies, where I managed Irina Shayk, Frida Aasen, Cristina Tosio, Jessica Hart and many other top talents. Select also launched the careers of Sienna Miller, David Gandy, Jamie Dornan, and Stella Tennant amongst many others. I really enjoyed the nurturing and coaching aspect of being an agent, and as a result, decided to retrain as a Life Coach with Animas Centre For Coaching.

After stints in Sydney, Barcelona and Berlin I now divide my time between London and Ibiza, places which I share with my husband. I love traveling to tropical places, interior design, music, meditation, and cycling. I am also passionate about charity work and volunteered for St. Giles Trust, a charity supporting troubled and underprivileged young people in the UK.
